1| Health History
Upon booking your consultation, you will be asked to complete our comprehensive online client form, allowing us to gather a confidential, detailed overview of your health history. Please book next availability on calendar- your order starts from date of purchase not the booking day.

2| Hair Strand Sample
You will receive a package in the mail for you to place a sample of your hair into and send back with free delivery. Your hair strand is plucked from the head, you do not need to cut your hair. Please allow 10 working days to receive your package for sampling.

3| Hair Strand Analysis
Your hair sample will be tested against up to 1350 items for reactivity and intolerance, aging, stress, skin health, and hormone health. Available in NZ only. See below for further details.

4| Report
Receive an emailed report on your results, along with clear next steps. Please allow four weeks to receive your results as there are up to 1350 items that need testing and analysing.

Hair Strand Test | $89
Tests 650 items for reactivity, including food and drink, vitamins, minerals, heavy metals, environmental sensitivity, and additives. Receive an emailed report on your results, along with clear next steps. Available in New Zealand only.
Hair Strand Test Advanced | $139
Tests 1350 items including skin, bones and joint health, cortisol and anti-inflammattory markers, sleep health, skin health such as reactions to chemicals, fragrances and cosmetics, nutrition hormones, food and drink intolerances, and sensitivities to vitamins, minerals, heavy metals, environment, and additives. Receive an emailed report on your results, along with clear next steps. Available in New Zealand only.
